Get checked: The toothache should be checked by a dentist. Typically such tooth pani suggests that the tooth is unhealthy with an abscess. If this an upper tooth, then perhaps the HA pain could be related to the tooth issue. Bleeding from the gums suggest periodontal disease. Get checked.

Sounds like an infec: This sounds like an infection around a tooth could be periodontal ie gums or Endodontics ie the tooths nerve. You should see a qualified Periodontist to have an X-ray and proper diagnosis ASAP
