Ear: May be TMJ which is a jaw issue related to grinding. Less likely inflammation of an artery. See your dentist. Soft diet ibuprofen warm compresses may help

EAR PAIN: Sharp ear pain may be due to an outer ear infection (swimmer's ear) or radiating from your TMJ or a nerve irritation. Is there any ear redness , fullness or discharge? if so, you will need to see your doctor and get the ear cleaned and may need a wick placed and started on antibiotic drops.
