Ringing in ear : Ringing in ear is called Tinnitus . it is usually a symptoms of an issue in the ear which may be mild like wax, infection, fluid in the ear if allergies, exposure to loud noise or be more serious like eustachian tube dysfunction, TMJ or neuroma.
