Not likely: If you have bilateral tubal ligation, follow by cauterization of the Fallopian tubes after clips placements, it is less likely to fertilize alone will be able to pass through the Fallopian tubes, and resulting in successful pregnancy with implantation of fertilized ovum. However, depending on initial surgery, reversal may be possible if you desire for pregnancy, but would be difficult.
