Discuss with doctor: Pain in pregnancy needs to be evaluted by your doctor. Many patients in the 2nd trimester will experience round ligament pain and some cramping from time to time. The uterus is attached to your abdominal wall by a ligament. As the uterus grows this causes stretching and can lead to discomfort in this general area. If you are concerned then contact your Obgyn for evaluation

Yes: Cramping is very normal in the 2nd trimestes as the uterus stretches and towards the end when Braxton Hicks contractions begin. However, these are mild and tolerable. If you are experiencing pain or are uncomfortable, talk to your doctor

Prego and cramps: This is not normal. You should report this to your doctor and ask if you need an examination.
