Sonogram: The only way to find out the current weight of your baby is to do a sonogram and measure it. Since we are not taking care of you we can not tell you the weight of your baby. The average weight at 30 weeks is around 3-3.5 lbs

3 to 3 1/2 lbs: If the baby is about the 50th percentile it should be 1300-1500 grams.
