Double trouble: You can do it. Deep breathing and patience. Double the work and double the rewards. Timing and time management seems to be the key as I am told by my parents of twins or two born within close range of each other. Know your own limitations and don't try to live up to any thoughts or others ideas of the "super parent." don't be shy about asking others for help. Good luck!

With love and care: Tough to say the least, but with love and care it can be done. Many woman have cared for 2, 3, 4 babies etc. It is certainly harder than caring for just one. If you feel overwhelmed, make sure you discuss with friends and family, or your dr. And get support if needed. Good luck.
