Hard to say: Without a bit more information about any other associated symptoms, like diarrhea, constipation, etc. As this could be related to the motility of the colon(spasms or gas), it could be spasms of the abdominal muscles, or much less likely(in someone of your age) a vascular problem. This would be an atypical issue of the ovarians or genitourinary tract. If it continues to be bothersome see your doc

Abdominal pulsation: Abdominal aortic aneurysm comes to mind. Patients at greatest risk for abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAAs) are those who are older than 65 years and have peripheral atherosclerotic vascular disease, a history of smoking, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and hypertension. If this profile fits you, you need to see a doctor for evaluation and imaging studies.
