I was doing a lot of sanding with a triangle sander and now my right hand sometimes left, tingles and falls asleep?

Carpal Tunnel: You have an overuse injury where you have swelling in your wrist in the carpal tunnel. This causes pressure on the median nerve creating the symptoms you are describing. You need to see your doctor who can prescribe conservative treatments to start which hopefully will take care of this. Severe cases need surgery. I have one wrist that resolved and one that needed surgery.

Carpal tunnel: You have probably irritated the nerves in the carpal tunnel at the wrist. Wear wrist splints for a couple weeks, B-6 100 mg for three months, ice and then heat for 20 minutes daily, consider Aleeve for 10-14 days. if it oersists you may need some therapy.
