People are different: Each person has a different body chemistry and some people do just normally sweat more than others. It is true that if you are badly out of shape the heat can put more strain on your body and you may sweat more. It is also true that if you live daily in hot temperatures your body may adjust and you may sweat less. Sweating is the way the body cools itself and it is a good thing.Drink water often.

Excessive Sweating: Some people just sweat more than others. Also being out of shape could be contributing. There is a rare cause of excesive sweating but since you state you are out of shape and it is excessivly hot this is the more likley explanantion.

Excess sweating: some people just perspire more. Sweating allows your body to cool down. If you are not in shape, not used to the hot weather, overweight, on certain medications--this can cause you to sweat more. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids to compensate for the sweating

Hyperhidrosis.: Excessive sweating, or hyperhidrosis, can be a warning sign of thyroid problems, diabetes or infection. Excessive sweating is also more common in people who are overweight or out of shape, or also that you come from a colder climate and have not yet adapted to hotter weather. The good news is that most cases of excessive sweating are harmless. See your Dr. for evaluation.
