Yes: You should see a doctor for this. There are many possible causes. Consider interstitial cystitis if more common conditions are not found.

See doctor: It could be any number of things involving your bladder, digestive tract, ovaries or uterus. If the pain is not going away then it is best to see a doctor to try and determine the cause. If pain is severe or if you have vaginal discharge or fever go to the emergency department right away.

Abdominal pain: Uncertain cause, get an evaluation. It could be anything from constipation to cystitis (inflammation of the bladder) to a urinary tract infection. be sure to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water daily.

Lower abdominal pain: It is hard to say. Possibilities would be bladder--colon--or female reproductive system. If it feels like a full bladder--i wouid push fluids--maybe try some OTC azo--but I would see your doctor early as the possibilities are many

Urinary sympotms: This could be anything in a young woman. This could either be gynecological ro GU or from the intestines. Even though the urine appears nromal, there may be microscopic blood, or an ongoing infeciotn. The best course of action would be to start with a simple urinalysis with your doctror.
