A member asked:

Is eyelid twitching or twitching in general associated with ms?

Not necessarily: Your twitches may be related to any number of reasons including stress, stimulant overuse (for example, caffeine), overexercise, or nutritional deficiencies. See your physician if you are concerned. Here is some more information: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/003296.htm

No, thankfully: Eyelid twitching is very common, and is more likely from anxiety and lack of rest. Common symptoms of multiple sclerosis MS include fatigue; muscle stiffness, spasm and weakness; balance & coordination problems; bladder or bowel problems; pain; sexual issues; and depression & mood swings. Hope that helps.

Possible: But eyelid twitching, so-called myokymia, is very common, and associated with eyestrain, metabolic issues, fatigue, etc, and not exclusive to most neurological conditions. Yes MS pts can have myokymia, but most pts with eyelid twitching do NOT have MS.
