Not a good idea: It is not a good idea without knowing exactly what you are treating.Devobet is a combination local ointment used for psoriasis and it contains Dexamethasone a strong steroid which may make your rash worse i will suggest you consult your family doctor or a dermatologist for appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
