Possibly yeast: yeast infections are usually itchy but not always. they produce a thick white discharge that can fill the vagina.

Yeast vs Normal...: Depending on the amount of discharge, this may be something worth getting treated for, such as a yeast infection. That being said, further evaluation may be needed prior to saying if this is normal with changing hormone levels or whether this is truly something to be treated.
