Tad high: Depending on that person's height, the BP is in the 90-95% percentile for age, a bit high. 110 would be healthier. Don't use a single BP - it should be averaged over many readings. If overweight, weight reduction is indicated. Healthy diet, avoid salt, regular exercise, enough sleep are all important.

Mild elevation of: blood pressure. Diet an exercise helps if you are overweight. Also decrease salt intake.
