Does chlamydia shot take the pain away if not what do i ask the doctor for to relieve this ?

Chlamydia: No, use of antibiotics to attempt eradication of this STD will not relieve the pain, which is due to the inflammation induced by the infection. There are OTC analgesics (pain relievers) such as aspirin, ibuprofen and other NSAIDS available and if these are not sufficient you can ask your doctor if there is anything else they would prescribe.

Try OTC pain meds: If the pain you are experiencing is just minor and not causing you severe abdominal or pelvic discomfort try using over the counter (OTC) pain medication such as aleve or tylenol (acetaminophen). It could be a serious complication from your infection called pelvic inflammatory disease. If you have fevers, chills, nausea, vomiting or pelvic pain you should go back to your doctor immediately.
