Take two today!: If you are taking a BC with estrogen & progesterone, when you miss one, you need to double up on the next day. If you miss it your pill 2 days in a row, then take all 3 pills on the third day. If you miss more, then you should take them and you must use a back up method, i.e. condoms for the rest of the pill pack.
