Vaginal pain: requires a thorough GYN exam. The causes are multiple; however, most commonly: lack of vaginal lubrication, intense, vigorous intercourse, positional variations, manipulation, and hormonal factors, just for starters. Hint: try 20-30 minutes of foreplay until both partners are lubricated or use an aqueous lubricant, changes positions if painful, time "time-outs" to empty your bladder
