Right side pleuritis: is probably what you have but it could be also pneumonia too. You need a chest x-ray and exam. Call your doctor. If you can not get a hold of your doctor go to an urgent care center. In the mean time you can take advil (ibuprofen) or naproxene or motrin for the pain if it bothers you a lot.
