Not a disease: What you describe is probably normal. During sexual arousal, a lubricating fluid is released into the urethra and emerges from the tip of the penis. Many young men have sexual arousal during sleep; some even have orgasm and ejaculation. (That is called nocturnal emission.) If you have no other symptoms besides this, it is nothing to worry about.
