You're done: Hi. How tall are your parents? By age 21, normal males have fused their bone growth plates, and cannot grow taller. You can have hand X-rays for bone age done to determine if your growth plates are closed and if your bone age, therefore, is consistent with your chronological age. But, playing the odds, you're done growing.
