Either One Ok to Use: Tinea Pedis, a fungal skin infection: itchy rash between toes/sides of feet, can infect toenails. Same fungus causes Jock Itch. Terbinafine (anti-fungal) used to treat both. Prevention is key. Cleanse feet/between toes daily in soapy water. air dry 15 min. Avoid sweaty feet, wear absorbent socks, change if damp, shoe inserts & foot powder help. See doctor if not resolved after 2 wks therapy.
