Not for that.: Cheaper to use Vaseline petroleum jelly which is in many ointments. Save the mupirocin for infections to prevent resistant bacteria.

NO NO NO: This is an antibiotic. There are dozens, maybe hundreds of creams for dry skin. WHY would you want to use this???? Try Eucerin or Aveeno (oatmeal) Ceramide cream..
