Good day, i currently have impetigo on my face an it is spreading. i am currently using bactroban ointment, but it is still spreading.

May need more: Simple impetigo in a localized setting may respond to local treatment with bactroban. Cleansing the area with peroxide can assist in some cases. When the problem is not responding an oral antibiotic may be required as the germ may be colonizing hidden sites like the nasal passages that re-seed the problem.
