My doctor said i was dehydrated and ruptured a blood vessel in my bladder, which led to a uti. is this true? what's the explanation for this?

Analysis/culture: you will need a lab urine analysis and bacterial culture and sensitivity. The only way to be certain that blood is from your bladder ( possible) is proof of infection or visualization with cystoscopy, Usually antibiotics are needed.
