Normal for you ...: What you've keenly observed on your scrotum is normal but unique to you. The changing tone & color of the scrotum merely reflect the changing degree of scrotal skin relaxation & circulation secondary to its changing environments such as temp, lighting, tactile stimulation, etc. resulting in what you've observed. Besides, similar change may occur over aging. I'm sure there is no "chameleon play"...
