Loose stool: Many reasons for this such as what you are eating or what she may be eating or drinking. I do not know her age for,further thoughts. If she is feeling fine and no blood or mucous in stool then it should improve. But two weeks is still long enough symptoms should have resolved so I would suggest you see her doctor .

Probably not: Teething have been linked to several symptoms in infants, none of which have been properly studied scientifically. Teething gen. causes irritation and inflammation, resulting in irritation and fever. While Diarrhea is more common probably due to erratic eating habits,, constipation is rarer due to teething. BTW, no BM for a couple if days in an infant doesn't necessarily constitutes constipation
