Family practice : It's probably not related to teething. But is probably related to diet change. The rash and change can be easily treated by your dr.

Pooping green?: Pooping is a normal biologic process and usually the color is determined by what your child has eaten. Teething and green poop has no connection, however if the poop is very loose i recommend a doctors visit to rule out other concerns or dehydration.

Diaper rash: When in doubt, it does not hurt to double check with md. Green is not often a color that is associated with poop- unless they are eating green- however, diaper rash can develop into a more serious situation as there are bacteria in the poop and it is a moist area- so a 2ndary infection my develop. The area can be very sensitive over time- so- to play it safe, double check.
