See you doctor: You may be experiencing problems with hormone balance causing bleeding and cramping. Pregnancy is very unlikey given the length of time of the implanon, 2 weeks of bleeding and 4 negative pregnancy tests. The "fetal movements" may be cramplng. See your MD for evaluation.

Pregnancy unlikely: It sounds like you may have a GI problem causing the sensation of fetal movement. The Nexplanon frequently causes irregularly irregular periods. You may skip periods, have prolonged periods, and bleed at random times. This is a normal effect of Nexplanon and does not become better or more predictable over time.
