What could be...: Besides that normal pregnancy changes can cause some vaginal increased sensitivity if symptoms are persistent and severe it would be good to find out if you are having an infection especially if you are having an abnormal vaginal discharge or bleeding. Make an appointment with your OB provider if symptoms are significant for check up.
