Leg/vulvar pain: There is a nerve that innervates this area called the genito-femoral nerve that may have been sensitized during the delivery, especially if there was a medio-lateral episiotomy or vaginal tear at the time of the delivery. Have your OB GYN MD who did the delivery, re-examine this area and make sure that it is properly healed.
