Birth changes things: If you don't have any pain, itching, lesions or sores, and no abnormal discharge or worry if stds, then it's likely that your body has simply changed after childbirth. If you had a vaginal birth, your labia stretched to accommodate a baby and so they won't always look the same afterwards.
