Inserted clotrimazole pessary in vagina last night for my persistent yeast infection. last night was the 3rd day inserting before sleep. usually there will be leakage the next day. this time there isnt any, it didnt fell out either. any reason why?

It was either missed by you or not enough to be noticeable as absorption of the medicine and the substance it is in varies with local conditions . If you are getting better then dont worry about it. It is working.

Yes: some of it is apt to slide out. It can be helpful if you use it before bed because then you will be supine.

Speak with your doctor or a pharmacist about treatment with a single dose of fluconazole by mouth. It is equally effective as vaginal treatments.

Almost certainly this isn't the cause of your diarrhea. (But why flagystatin instead of plain nystatin? You don't need the metronidazole component.)
