I get double/crossed vision when my eyes are relaxed. should i be worried?

Probably not: If this has been going on for some time and has not changed you likely have borderline eye misalignment. This is commonly seen with fatigue or relaxation. If this is something new, it should be checked out by your ophthalmologist to make certain something more serious isn't happening. Sometimes glasses with a bit of prism can keep this from happening.

No: When tired, fusion is sometimes lost. Or you could have an intermittent exotropia or convergence insufficiency. If one eye is weak, sensory exo/esotropia is possible.
