Nope!: The ACL and PCL are surrounded with joint fluid so they do not heal. Joint fluid could be named "No Stick" Fluid. Sticking together is the first part of healing, In Any Case, partial tears of the PCL and even full tears of the PCL often do not need to heal or be treated, BUT SOME DO. So a second opinion by a sports orthopedic surgeon is a good investment.
