Reflux?: How old is your baby? How soon after feeding does this happen? Does she spit up a lot? Try elevating after feedings for 45 minutes and see if the symptoms improve. Also if pt is older than 3 months old can add 1 tablespoon of rice cereal to every 4 oz of formula if the elevating does not help.

Take her to her : pediatrician to determine if her coarse rattling respiratory sound is from secretions in her bronchial airways or referred from her upper respiratory tract. Babies swallow mucus & usually don't vomit it up. Is she a passive smoker? Is there a family history of asthma or allergies? Gastroesophageal reflux to the level that fluid spills over into the trachea or windpipe is another possibility.

Apnea monitor?: Newborn or how many months old? Could be reflux esophagitis. Could be mucous. Could be spit up. Keep her upright after feeding for at least 30 minutes and gently burp her. Then, as you know, lay her on her back in the crib to sleep or side and do not put stuffed animals, blankets or toys in with her to prevent suffocation, if she is less than 6 months. No sleeping with you. You can roll over.
