Follow Dr advice: Latanaprost is a once daily medication, usually instilled before bed, to treat glaucoma! it can be combined with other classes of drops (dorzolamide, brinzolamide, timolol and others) which also combat glaucoma via different mechanisms. It is inadvisable to use the drops close enough together such that one is washed out by the second. Minutes between should be enough.
