Not, unless sick: Temperature ranges several degrees daily in most individuals, and also varies with where it is taken. Rectal temperatures are the most reliable, but not usually done except in very young infants, where a temperature over 100.4 is significant and needs evaluation. If you feel healthy and rarely get sick, it is not important

NoI: IT IS NOT REALLY BAD BUT MAYBE A SIGN OF HYPOMETABOLIC STATE LIKE HYPOTHYROIDISM. YOU NEED TO HAVE BLOOD TESTING TO RULE OUT A FEW THINGS
