Possible infection: From your description, you may have an infection. I cannot say what type of infection since you didn't say where the pain is located, but often with the urge to urinated we have to rule out a bladder infection. Depending on where your pain is located you should also have a pelvic exam to look for other possible infections. I would call your doctor as soon as you can to get tested.
