I'm seeking a dr. that treats the transgender community, do you or do you know someone that can help me find what i'm looking for?

Start with your: local organization of doctors--psychologists, psychiatrist especially. Then look at the State organizations for these same two professions. Local support groups are potentially good, especially if someone has used a local doc and had a good experience.

Trans*-Competent Doc: For expert help from a trans* competent PCP or specialist closest to you check the referral directory of the World Association For Transgender Heath (WPATH). FYI: WPATH publishes "best practices" standards of care. (find the most recent edition of the standards on the wpath website.)
