Kidney failure: Kidney failure has some many reasons. Some signs are: decrease in urine out put to the point of sometime people can't pee. Also, feeling fatigued, tired, getting anemic are aigns of kidney failure.

Hello Doctor.I get Constant mild dizziness 24/7,like room spinning,no other symptoms. Saw three Doctors,Had A full Blood count, Kidney func test,liver test,all OK. Only Haemoglobin,Hct abit lower than normal.Could that be the cause,or any test to Do?
Been going to the doc for back,musc twitching, and nausea. Had blood panel done. Flags in 3 areas. Anion Gap 6(L), CO2 30(H), and Creatinine 1.44(H). Doc says tests show normal/stable kidney funct and electrolytes. How should I interpret the flags?
