Not Oil!!!: You will probably end up at urgent care, but if you have a 10 cc syringe you could try to gentle flush it out with warm water. Not sure if it will work. Most important is to get it out safely to prevent infection without piercing your eardrum

Blow aie: Try blowing air with a blower with cold air or try water and moving the head on opposite direction.
