My right ear keep going numb and sometimes it feels better when i put peroxide in it with a cotton ball until it stop sizzling then i take it out but it's still going numb every now n then what does that mean i thought i was going deaf?

Ear canal issue: If by "ear" you mean the ear canal & you get partial relief with local measures, the problem is most likely local and best evaluated by ear examination (e.g. Ent consult if needed). But if you mean the pinna (ear lobe), then the problem is more likely due to nerve compression which could be located any where from the brain stem to superficial structures at the root of the ear, jaw, neck lymphnodes.

Stop peroxide: Peroxide is doing nothing and if ther is a hole in your eardrum it could be very dangerous. The numbness is due to compression of a nerve might be minor but could be as serious as a brain tumor see a neurologist or ent.
