I am 24 and am a runner.i have the issue of being really tiny down there and cant use tampons.is there anyway this could be fixed? my hymen is intact

Yes: There is a surgery called a hymenectomy that can remove the hymen to allow you to use tampons. See your Ob/Gyn if you are interested in this. An alternate idea would be to use vaginal dilators. You can find medical-grade vaginal dilators at www.vaginismus.com. These will allow you to slowly dilate your hymen over time Best wishes!
