STI, UTI: Bacterial vaginosis can have similar symptoms to chlamydia, gonorrhea, urinary tract infections. However, your doctor should be able to check urine and do other tests quickly in office to determine if you have BV, trichomonas or yeast. They can also send tests for confirmation of sexually transmitted infections. Please see a doctor for an accurate diagnosis.
