Allergic reaction: Could be an allergic reaction to the boots or friction from the arch of your boot. I recommend changing boots or try a soft inserts. Not sure by everything if high potency steroid creams have been used or Depo-Provera medro pack has been prescribed to you. If nothing is working, then ask your podiatrist to do a biopsy of the lesion to recommend the correct treatment protocol.
