Multiple issues w/ hands. random pulse feeling but only 2-time increment's pins needle feeling when touched with anything cold air tightens fingers followed by red purple line in middle of all fingers with pain. why and what might be the issue?

You should be evaluated by a doctor; and probably referred to a Rheumatologist. What you described sounds like you have vascular reactivity that may be due to antibodies in your blood. You could check Raynaud's to understand better but it is the cause that is important to find so it could be reversed.
