Blood Group C?: The typical blood groups are ABO, and then there is the Rh system which dose contain a C antigen. In any event, Blood Type would not explain any aches pains, etc.. otuside of a recent transfusion. As these are ones own inate blood antigens, they will not cause any reaction in self, but can lead to problems when transfused into others.
