A Lot of Things: This is very common. If minor likely normal! There are series of hormone changes after eating that effect energy (e.g. cortisol, GH, insulin, Orexin-being studied for wt loss/narcolepsy, blocker of it suvorexant new sleep aid). Then there are concerning things like type 2 DM, Heart dz/vasc dz (underdiag in women!), thyroid dz, anemia, deconditioning...need more info, but don't panic & get eval.
