Diet suggestions: AAKP.com Nutrition Counter is excellent. Eat low salt, no saturated fat, low cholesterol, 7 servings of colored fruit and vegetables daily. No bread, pasta, sugar. Only very lean animal protein (4 - 5 oz per day of fish, poultry, egg white best). No fried food. Don't smoke. Drink 3 liters unsugared fuid per day. Exercise twice daily. Aim for 1400 cal per day. 50 gm protein. No carb after 8 pm.
